Mountain Goat … to get their currency reinstated for Iraq, it is an uphill battle. They must fight, fight these globalists. But some of the problems stem from themselves too as there are measures they could have taken to further manage the dollar, curb corruption and money laundering.
But they didn’t. There are also timelines in the strategic plan to get to the reinstatement that have not been met and need to move ahead now.

Panic is what causes the bad people in Iraq to continually try to steal this monetary reform because the monetary reform will bring a new exchange rate, purchasing power and the lower notes. But if you do that then there’s no way to steal the money anymore. It’s a good thing for the Iraqi citizens…

They’re talking about the policies that are coming up will threaten the dinar. There’s a couple reasons for it…The idea that Hezbollah wants to put its headquarters in Baghdad,
it doesn’t matter if they do it or they don’t, the idea that people in Iraq support that…It’s too pro-Iranian. It’s too pro anti-American markets. So they’re going to be punished for it.

Jeff , Article: “Four counties meet in Baghdad to support the development road project” …You have to look at their timing. They finished the 5-year development plan around the end of July walking into the beginning of August.
Why? Timing. They’re about to revalue. Their actions strongly suggest to me personally IMO I really feel they’re going to be revaluing in August.
MarkZ [via PDK] I can tell you the news coming out of the Kurdish region is great. “The Kurdish government resolved the crisis with Wisdom” He says Baghdad has no excuses left. They are talking about the HCL and say they have resolved it. They expect Baghdad to rubber stamp the HCL.
(Hydro Carbon Law)…We were always told that within hours or a few days they would release the RV after the HCL is finished. It’s a key piece for moving forward with their reforms.
I am told they will have the HCL pounded out, signed and official between now and August 5th. There is lots of positive chatter from the Iraqi banking sector that they could go (RV?) within that time frame…fingers crossed…I still hope they roll it out today…
PompeyPeter (KTFA) We still haven’t got a speaker. We still don’t have a budget and we still haven’t seen 4782 in the Gazette. Is there really anybody who doubts what that is all about? It’s pretty obvious in my opinion it’s all linked to the rate.
You’ve got so many laws that are ready to go but are waiting for the rate. Articles today talking about the optimism of them passing the Oil and Gas Law. It needs a rate. Obviously that’s a big part of the budget. The budget hasn’t come out because the budget is waiting for the rate.
Pimpy , The news continues to be good for Iraq. This is what we want to hear. We love that they’re continuing with the reforms as well as aiming to improve the quality of life for the Iraqi people…
