A Pennsylvania woman’s attempt to boost voter rolls by resurrecting the dead and inventing fake people has landed her in hot water.

As reported by The Gateway Pundit, Jennifer Hill, a Collingdale resident and paid canvasser for the New Pennsylvania Project, faces 40 criminal charges, including four felonies for forgery.

This so-called “nonpartisan” group—created in 2021—might want to rethink its recruiting strategy after this mess.

According to Delaware County prosecutors, Hill submitted more than 300 voter registration forms through a state-provided app between April and September 2024.

Investigators flagged 129 of those submissions as invalid, including three registrations for deceased individuals—one being her own father—and one fake identity using her grandmother’s name with a fudged birthdate.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported this blatant attempt at election tampering, which thankfully didn’t result in any fraudulent ballots being cast.

This case underscores ongoing conservative concerns about the need for tighter voter registration laws and stricter oversight of groups with connections to Democrat-aligned initiatives.

As one user on X put it, “I can’t say I’m totally surprised, given the egregious lack of integrity one finds in that particular political Party involved.” Touché.

Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer spearheaded the investigation, marking the first voter fraud-related charges tied to the 2024 election in the county.

But Hill wasn’t the only offender: 84-year-old Philip Moss is also in trouble, accused of casting votes in both Pennsylvania and Florida. Though Moss’s actions led to one fraudulent ballot, Hill’s orchestrated scheme stands out for its audacity.

Jim Allen, the Delaware County election director, issued a stern warning: “Let this pair of cases send a message out there that no matter how busy we are … we are attentive to the signs of fraud.” Perhaps that message should be posted in bold on every voter registration app.

Using a Pennsylvania Department of State app, Hill managed to register 310 individuals, with 181 successfully added to voter rolls. Investigators noted suspicious patterns, such as multiple variations of the same name with different addresses and emails.

These red flags led to an inquiry that uncovered Hill’s fraudulent registrations, including attempts to enlist her late father, her grandmother, and even someone who died in her home back in 2011. One of these bogus registrations actually made it through the system.

Hill is currently cooling her heels in Delaware County Prison and is unable to post bail. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the other names she attempted to register.

Legal representation for Hill remains unconfirmed, though one could imagine any defense would be an uphill battle.

As conservatives have long argued, ensuring election integrity requires vigilance and action. Cases like this highlight the importance of safeguarding the process against those who see voter rolls as a playground for political gamesmanship.
