A violent altercation broke out at a Jack in the Box in Spartanburg, South Carolina, after a customer became enraged over an incomplete order.
The incident, which escalated quickly, was captured on video and has gone viral, showing the dramatic clash between the customer and restaurant staff.
According to reports, the altercation began when the woman, who had ordered three combo meals, noticed that her three orders of curly fries were missing.

She became irate and began yelling at the staff, demanding that they fix her order. “Do you f**king understand me? Ok, you gave me – I ordered three f**king combos. You owe me three fries, three curly fries,” the woman can be heard shouting in the video.
As she continued her outburst, she threatened, “Fix my sh*t or I will blow this whole motherf**ker up,” prompting further chaos.
The woman continued to berate the employees, throwing signs at them in frustration. She then escalated the situation by mocking the workers and throwing another sign before getting increasingly aggressive. “F**k you and everybody up in this motherf**ker,” she yelled.
The staff behind the counter remained calm at first, but as the woman became more violent, a group of employees decided to take action.
The situation reached a boiling point when several workers jumped over the counter and restrained the woman and a friend of hers. “B*tch, whatcha gonna do?” one employee shouted before another took a swing at the woman.
The customer, not backing down, retaliated by hitting back and throwing another sign at the group.
A male employee then climbed onto the counter and struck the woman in the face, knocking her hat off. He told her, “Come on, b*tch,” while she threw yet another sign at him.
The confrontation continued as more employees joined in, and the woman was physically beaten by the staff members.
At one point, a female employee was seen grabbing the woman by the hair, while another male staff member tried to intervene to separate them.
