Kanye West, now legally known as Ye, is facing disturbing new allegations as part of a lawsuit brought by his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta.
The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, accuses the rapper of drugging and sexually assaulting Pisciotta at a party co-hosted by West and Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The incident allegedly occurred years before Pisciotta worked for West between 2021 and 2022.

According to court documents, Pisciotta claims West invited her and her former client, a musician, to a party at a music studio in Santa Monica.
Once there, West allegedly insisted that everyone in attendance drink or leave the party.
After taking just a few sips, Pisciotta claims she felt disoriented and began slipping into an altered state, leading her to believe she had been drugged.
The following day, Pisciotta reportedly could not remember the events of the previous night and felt ashamed and embarrassed.
Her musician client, who is not named in the court filings, was similarly disturbed and refused to discuss the incident.
Pisciotta claims she initially believed it was someone else at the party, possibly a studio assistant, who drugged her drink.
It wasn’t until much later, just before West fired Pisciotta in October 2022, that he allegedly confessed to “hooking up” with her after she had been drugged.
According to the court papers, West admitted this during a conversation in which he was angry about a text exchange with his ex-wife, presumably Kim Kardashian, though she is not directly named in the documents.
West’s ex-wife allegedly accused him of cheating on her with Pisciotta, leading to the revelation.
When Pisciotta offered to text West’s ex to clear up the misunderstanding, West reportedly stopped her, admitting, “We did kind of hook up a little one time,” referencing the night of the party.
West then allegedly reminisced about the incident, recounting how they had “hooked up” after Pisciotta had been drugged.
Pisciotta, shocked by the revelation, told West she had no memory of the encounter as she blacked out early in the evening.
According to the lawsuit, West responded by laughing and saying, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”
The new allegations are part of Pisciotta’s broader lawsuit against West, which also includes claims of wrongful termination and sexual harassment.
In her initial filing, Pisciotta accused West of sending her inappropriate texts, sharing sexual fantasies, and sending her explicit photos and videos.
She also alleged that West once locked her in a room and masturbated next to her before falling asleep.
Pisciotta claims that West promised her millions in severance pay when he terminated her employment but has yet to receive the money.
She also says she is owed back pay from her time working as his assistant.
West’s legal team has previously called Pisciotta’s lawsuit “baseless,” and in a June statement to Page Six, they accused her of attempting to blackmail the rapper.
Representatives for West have not commented on the latest allegations.
Although Combs co-hosted the party in question, he has not been accused of any wrongdoing in Pisciotta’s lawsuit.
However, Combs is currently facing separate criminal charges for sex trafficking and is being held in custody ahead of his trial.
He has also been accused of sexual abuse in multiple lawsuits, all of which he denies.
This case continues to unfold as Pisciotta seeks justice for the alleged misconduct and unpaid compensation.
