The video, which Trump shared without comment, opens with White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre vehemently defending Biden’s mental state, saying, “Oh my gosh! He’s the President of the United States! I can’t even keep up with him.”
Jean-Pierre’s comments are part of a broader effort by Biden’s supporters to paint him as mentally sharp, despite mounting concerns about his age and cognitive abilities.
Throughout the video, various prominent Democrats, including Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, Vermont Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders, and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, are shown insisting that Biden is both “sharp” and “capable” of leading the nation.

In her criticism, Crawford argued that the media and Democratic Party had failed to question Biden’s fitness for office, allowing his mental decline to go largely unaddressed. “We should have much more forcefully questioned whether he was fit for office for another four years, which could have led to a primary for the Democrats,” Crawford said.
