A chilling account has emerged about Alexander Paffendorf, the California man accused of conspiring with Natalie Rupnow in a coordinated mass shooting that left two dead and six injured in Madison, Wisconsin.
An anonymous ex-neighbor shared disturbing details about Paffendorf’s behavior during their years living nearby, painting a troubling picture of his demeanor and the lack of intervention from his parents.

The woman, speaking on “TMZ Live,” recounted the unsettling presence Paffendorf carried for the five or six years they lived in the same apartment complex.
She described him as anti-social and unnervingly withdrawn, often avoiding eye contact, keeping his hood up, and maintaining an eerie silence. “Very creepy vibes,” she said.
One particularly disturbing incident where he was outside of her bedroom window, led the neighbor to inform Paffendorf’s parents about his bizarre behavior. However, according to her, they dismissed the concerns and took no action. This inaction is now being scrutinized, as the extent of Paffendorf’s alleged plans comes to light.

Another neighbor reportedly called the police last year after hearing a disturbance from the Paffendorf residence.
