There was no law that stated you had to pay income taxes. According to
IRS Agents, your income tax payment to the Cabal’s IRS was strictly voluntary.
· Even though Ken and Barbara Cromar proved in a Federal Court that they
owed no monies to the IRS, they remained in a six plus years battle with them.
Two different SWAT Teams had twice descended on their fully paid for dream home

So grateful for your many prayers, they are working.
On Tuesday, May 21st-31st begins my trial vs Goliath IRS. It’s not going
to be a fair fight. They’ve designed it that way.
However, on Friday we filed a number of documents with the court. It’s
been a long, grueling battle to get these many court filings in. Raland’s two
family cars have suffered and broken down in the process from the many trips
back and forth to make filings with the court. But, good news, surprisingly on
a Saturday morning, the judge emailed saying that our motion to dismiss due to
expiration of the statutes and limitations on a criminal trial MUST be replied
to by the prosecution on Monday, the 20th. Shocking! Hallelujah!
Additionally, we filed an interlocutory appeal with the 10th circuit
court of appeals out of Denver to stay (stop) the trial until the jurisdiction
(authority of this court) to hear this case is ruled on – we shall see. Also,
the judges email confirmed that FINALLY I will be allowed to have one hour on
my personal laptop to try to find my own personal evidence I’ve been trying to
get at for months. ONE hour! And, it’s right before the trial. Unbelievable!
On Tuesday, the judge will rule whether Raland Brunson can sit with me
as a non-attorney to help as my supporter with papers and details, without
being allowed to speak, of course. So, as you can see, it is a difficult
circumstance to be sure. Such is the battle of Ken vs Goliath IRS.
I’ve taken great comfort in the following verses in Psalms:

· Ken’s Trial begins next Tues. 21 May and is scheduled for ten days.
The judge has dismissed all filings Ken has submitted. A few days ago Ken was
finally informed he would be given one hour on Mon. 20 May to research his
defense on his computer and to finally have access to prosecutor filings – one
hour, one day before the trial. Think his trial is rigged? I do – the case has
been all along.
· The courtroom needs to be packed with friends who support Ken. This
makes an impact on the jury.
